Stakeholder Feedback

“Shawn is a true professional in terms of accepting responsibility for his actions along with his teams.  He has never shied away from taking ownership of an issue and making it right.

Shawn has shown real concern for his colleagues across the organization.  In particular, he has done an excellent job in 2023 with his own team in getting them all aligned for future success”

Current Employer - Innovative Systems

Shawn was a key member going above-and-beyond to work out how to begin customer testing of the critical Essentials 40.5 release. Though it was not ultimately successful in landing the first customer in Q3, that isn't the point. His work helped us find the path forward through legal, contracts, customer expectations, core teams, and senior leadership. Sometimes hard work is just hard work, and the initial goal isn't achieved. This project has paved the way for the next customer engagement to be successful, and that's just as important to recognize Passionate Transformer work as the more obvious wins. Thank you!.

Shawn has shown to be a positive role model and mentor to our product teams. Demonstrating leadership during several unplanned & unexpected critical disruptions to our SaaS operational infrastructure in 2019.  Shawn has filled a leadership gap with our development teams and our engineering groups. These events did not limit his opportunities to drive and invest time in strategic product delivery.

In summary it remains a pleasure to have Shawn on our team.   He consistently demonstrates a willingness to partner and collaborate across our organization and places our customers first in all his actions. I  have an inherent trust in his skills to improve upon our Sleep EMD portfolio of products in 2020 and beyond.
